Unable to activate remaining pass

If you have available passes in your account purchased on different networks, e.g. a remaining pass purchased in France (SFR WiFi FON) and a new pass purchased in the UK (BTWiFi-with-Fon), you will not be able to use any of them.

Indeed, once you log into a hotspot of either network, you will be able to reach the remaining pass view, but when clicking on the "Use" button nothing will happen.

In this case, please get in touch with Customer Care submitting a ticket so they sort this out for you.
