Where does the Fonera for Business ship?
The Fonera for Business can currently be delivered in the countries of the European Union and North America (United States and Canada).
How long does the Fonera for Business usually take to arrive after I order?
Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery of a Fonera for Business.
How do I return my Fonera for Business?
To return your Fonera for Business, please contact Customer Care submitting a ticket providing:
- reason of the return
- invoice number
- email address used to place your order.
Do I have to assume the shipping cost if I return my Fonera for Business?
It depends. Fon will asume this cost for any defectively manufactured product providing the customer with a return label. In any other case (such as the return of an old damaged unit under warranty or a retraction) you will have to assume this cost.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Fon allows for a refund if you are unsatisfied and contact us within 14 days of receipt of the unit.
Once the Fonera for Business has been received in good condition, Fon will refund the product price to you within 30 days, via the payment method used to purchase the unit.
