The transaction was processed through your Google Play account. It was not made through EveryFi, and thus, we cannot cancel, manage, or modify payment, or offer refunds for subscriptions purchased through Google Play.
Refunds: Purchases made through the Google Play store can only be refunded within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
