Reset my password when I have no access to internet

There are 2 ways to reset your password:

  • Online (this action requires an active internet connection): You can use the reset password link which will send an email to your inbox with further instructions to modify your password 
  • Offline (this action does not require an active internet connection): Whenever you are connected to a Fon Spot, you can log into your Userzone and modify it from the "My profile" > "Change password" section.

For your information, only Fon accounts can be used by pass customers on the Fon network, and only Vodafone WiFi accounts can be used by pass customers on the Vodafone WiFi network.

In other words, if you created an account in Italy (Vodafone network through a "Vodafone-WiFi" hotspot), you wouldn't be able to use it in the UK (Fon network), and vice versa. You would absolutely need to create a Fon account through a "BTWiFi-with-FON" hotspot.
